Biography

Jonathan is a recognized pioneer in advertising optimization services having unmatched performance success using real-time technology to deliver relevance with content and creative. His clients have included Amazon.com, Ameriprise, Disney, Citibank, H&R Block, IBM, Intuit, Microsoft, Monster.com, Sears and T-Mobile.

For 2 years preceding its $65M acquisition by Omniture, Jonathan was Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of Offermatica’s service unit OTTO Digital. He helped spearhead Offermatica to market domination in the SaaS content testing and targeting space achieving a 100% success rate of performance improvement with over 50 businesses and 6 of the top 11 brands in the world.

Jonathan left Omniture in February 2008 to start RAMP Digital. RAMP’s creative technology for event driven display ads & landing pages delivers unprecedented relevance, functionality and performance using APIs and Semantic technology to target users and content in real-time. RAMP's leadership in this emerging space was quickly established in August 2008 upon release of the industry’s first case study on semantic ads. The study showed a 2x-9x lift in performance metrics using semantic ads vs. standard flash units.

Jonathan’s first six years in digital were spent bootstrapping VitaminLab.com as Founder & CEO. In 2001 VitaminLab was ranked by Gomez the #5 ecommerce site in nutrition. In 2004 VitaminLab won the Nutrition Business Journal Award for 5-year growth. After exiting Jonathan held senior positions with leading UX consultancy Creative Good and leading SEM DigitalGrit.
